Events
As part of our work to grow the performance level of padel in Britain, we have been developing a calendar of events taking place across the country to attract competitors of the highest calibre to British padel courts.
We have introduced a newly revamped Padel Performance Competitions Calendar, to greatly expand the number and quality of padel events being held across Britain. The new calendar will help to not only attract more of the world’s best players to British events, helping to inspire new players, but also give more opportunities to British padel players, to test themselves against the best possible competition.
The highest-level events currently hosted in Britain form part of the FIP Tour (international events sanctioned by the International Padel Federation), with FIP Silver events being held in Bristol and London, and FIP Bronze events being held in London and Jersey. Furthermore, for the first time, from 2025 Britain will host three FIP Promise junior level events in Stratford, Bristol and Chiswick. Alongside international events on the FIP Tour, we have our sanctioned Grade 1 and 2 LTA British Tour events, the highest level of domestic padel, that are held across the country.
You can find out more about the different levels of events hosted across Britain below:
The FIP Tour is the International Padel Federation’s (FIP) global tour, spanning almost 200 tournaments globally. There are four grades of events: FIP Bonze, FIP Silver, FIP Gold and FIP Platinum. In addition, the FIP Promises Tour is FIP’s global junior padel tour, giving the world’s best young padel players the chance to compete against each other.
