Padel volunteers
Volunteering in padel is enjoyable, fulfilling and helps provide opportunities for thousands of people to pick up a padel racket every single day.
Whether you’re a padel player or not, there are various ways you can get involved at both a local and regional level. From supporting your local courts to volunteering at padel competitions - there are plenty of padel volunteering roles that will fit your interests and schedules.
Why become a padel volunteer?
- Make a difference in growing padel in your community
- Have your say and influence how padel at your club or venue operates
- Develop new interpersonal skills
- Make new friends, who share the same interest in padel as you
- Reap the benefits of boosting your mental wellbeing through playing padel
Volunteers play a crucial role in growing padel within the community, with many clubs relying on them to help encourage more individuals to participate in padel - regardless of their age, ability or background.
Becoming a padel volunteer at a local venue allows you to learn skills, meet new people with the same interests as you and have a say in how the venue is run from a padel perspective.
For many volunteer roles, you don’t even need to have prior padel playing experience. There are also opportunities to volunteer in committee roles, such as chair, secretary, treasurer, welfare officer, padel competition organiser and groundsperson, as well as other informal roles, including club open days.
If you’re already a member of a padel venue, you can speak to a committee member to see what options are available and how you can help out. If you’re not yet a member of a padel club, use our tool below to find your nearest venue and get in touch:
