Taking place between 4-9 August as part of the 2026 Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour, the landmark event will bring the world's elite men's and women's players to one of London's most iconic venues - marking one of the first professional sports tournaments to be staged at Olympia follow its major recent development.

In our role as the national governing body for padel, we will collaborate with Sela to support the event as part of their work to grow and develop padel in Britain.

The Premier Padel Tour is the highest level professional padel circuit in the world. With 24 tournaments in the calendar, including the four Majors and the Finals, the Premier Padel Tour sees the world’s best players compete at some of the most iconic padel venues across the globe.

Staged as a P1 tournament, the second-highest tier on the Premier Padel circuit below the Majors, the London event will see the world’s elite men’s and women’s players playing professionally in one of the world’s most iconic sporting cities for the first time.

Backed by a £1.3 billion transformation, the historic west London destination is being reimagined as a world-class hub for sport, live entertainment, culture and hospitality.

Bringing together on-site hotels, dining options and vibrant evening entertainment with world class sporting action, the reimagined Olympia will deliver a dynamic all-day experience in one destination.

This announcement follows recent figures collected and analysed by the LTA, revealing a major spike in both participation and public interest. At the end of 2025, 860,000 adults and juniors played padel at least once in the last year - more than double the total recorded in 2024.

This growth is supported by a rapidly expanding infrastructure, with 1,553 padel courts available across 559 venues at the end of 2025 - up from 870 courts across 293 venues at the end of 2024.
