• Hobbies/interests: Works as an NHS hospital doctor specialising in gastroenterology so her spare time is mainly limited to padel but also enjoys going to the gym, running, seeing friends, watching TV with her husband and playing squash.

Padel beginnings

Nicholas first started playing padel for fun with friends and in a friendly league with her husband back in 2022. She really enjoyed learning something new so went ahead with some coaching and started competing in the LTA tournaments.

She found she improved quite quickly and really enjoyed competing again, having previously played county tennis and for Nottingham University.
