LTA Padel competitions are organised into five levels, ranging from Grade 5 which is geared towards new competitors all the way up to Grade 1 events which encompasses the top padel competitions across the country.
If you’re new to competing, then the Grade 5 Local Tour is the one for you. It’s local, first come first served acceptance and can take place on just one court.
Each draw is made up of eight to 16 pairs and played in a compass draw, meaning each pair is guaranteed to play at least three matches – giving you plenty of time to get used to match play.
If you’re looking to compete against different players at different venues, the Grade 4 County Tour could be for you. Acceptance to these events is based on your LTA Padel Ranking with each draw consisting of eight to 16 pairs, following a compass draw format.
